We recently purchased a condo in The Club at Grandezza. Being from Canada, this was our first real estate purchase in Florida and in the U.S. We were looking for someone who was not only knowledgeable about the area but also able to clearly explain the requirements and process for purchasing in Florida. Bob was very informative, responsive and patient with us and helped us get the property we wanted in the community we wanted. Thanks Bob!
